Moodle

Moodle is an open-source content-management system used by New Mexico Tech's Distance Education Department to supplement the tools found in the DE Course Portal. Instructors may choose to use online quizzes, discussion forums, file uploads, gradebooks and more from within Moodle. Students enter Moodle from within the Course Portal

Students enter the Moodle portion of the Course Portal by clicking on the quizzes, discussion forum, or extended course buttons on the Course Portal menu panel. The buttons are enabled under the "Additional Course Activities" heading only if the instructor is using Moodle features in the course.
